Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Efficient, helpful and best exchange rate

My query on payment methods (I do not use online banking) was answered promptly and clearly. The exchange rate was the best on offer at the time. My currency was delivered by 1pm the next day as promised and in the mixed denominations I had asked for. Reviewed on: 7th January 2018
