Highly efficient

Learnt about FBS from Money Saving Expert. Turned about to be good advice. Good website and friendly and efficient telephone service. All good. It does help to have a product with attractive interest rates! Reviewed on: 24th October 2019

Account Opening

I opened a 9 month fixed term savings account. Account had very good rates. I needed to contact customer services a number of times as they needed proof of identity and address. Customer services were very polite and helpful. I did feel the Society was a victim of the success of the account as opening the account and id verification took longer than I would expect due to the high demand for the product; also answering the phone took longer. I do feel however, that this will now have improved. Reviewed on: 24th October 2019

I opened an account online, it was straightforward and opened immediately. I had a query so messaged staff online, got an answer to my query quickly and in a friendly helpful manner.
