I can't use online access

I am trying to re-register for online access (I had this before but the system has changed). Seemed to go fine - I got the two emails and did the next step (creating password and deciding on a memorable word), Then I got an email asking me to call support. I did. They had a look. Asked me to re-register. Before I got round to this... I received the security letter (so perhaps it is working) - this told me to log in and then... but no when I try to log in "Account Locked" and "call support". So then I tried to re-register and... it sends me a reminder of my login ID and that is all. A wee bit miffed. Reviewed on: 26th January 2019

Safe, fair & customer friendly

Excellent communications, I always feel valued. As a saver I feel they are 'on my side' and give me as fair a return as possible in all circumstances. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Couldn't ask for more really. Reviewed on: 26th January 2019

Security first

Newspaper recommended product - so I proceeded to open a joint account. Had initial trouble over security issue - once resolved by friendly staff was 100% satisfied. Reviewed on: 26th January 2019

Purchase windfall bonds

Highly satisfied

I have a bond which is an innovative product offering a chance to win a prize in the draw . The odds are much better than premium bonds . Although the prizes are smaller there is greater chance and you earn a little interest too . I don’t know anyone that has won more than £500 on Premium Bonds but I won £1000 .
