Telephone call to Customer Service.

Telephone call to Customer Service. I needed to telephone Family Building Society. I had been locked out of my online banking. I phoned and Ellissa Agodi took my call. She was very polite, professional and helpful. She identified me and then reset my online banking access. She offered to stay on the line whilst I accessed my account in case my password needed to be reset. Ellissa was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush me. Wonderful Custome Service today!!!
