A total disgrace

I have been locked out of my account for around a month now and received no help from this company other than I will have to wait until they can get around to issuing an additional code to me. This will not be sent by any other method than post. Ridiculous in this day and age. Absolutely regret having anything to do with them, in the meantime I have no idea what is happening to the n£50,000 that I deposited with them earlier this year. I found it impossible to set up my log in details in your newly improved easy to use web site. I needed the assistance from your very patient and experienced call handler Gillian Collard.
