GOOD SAVINGS PRODUCTS

Competitive products. Easy to use website and uncomplicated online application. A query regarding my first savings account with FBS was dealt with efficiently initially via email followed by secure online messaging. My Savings Plan Interest % Rate is quickly notified to me via email, in line with Bank of England Rate changes (so far upwards!). I have various savings accounts with other providers, and FBS is up there with the best. Reviewed on: 25th November 2023

Help with Savings Account

Phoned the FBS and was helped by Ed who managed to help me access my online savings account by supplying a verification code. Took less than 5 mins to sort things. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

A great Service.

First class customer service

Anytime I need to make contact with the Society it is easy and the staff are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. They are able to refer back to notes on your account so you can speak to three different people without having to explain the situation over again. If they promise to do something they do it.
