Been with them a couple of years now and honestly feel they are in touch with the real world!! By that I mean they are value for money, on the ball, ready to help over the phone, sort out the insurance and payment when existing details with them change. Nothing is too much trouble! If you haven’t used the Insurance Emporium….. don’t hesitate!!!! Well done!!! Reviewed on: 21st August 2024

Refused by the 2 'owners clubs'.

The two "owners clubs" refused to re-insure me after a major accident. The Insurance Emporium welcomed my replacement caravan at a sensible premium..... that was 6 years ago and I have no intention of going elsewhere. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Waste of time

Purchased cover with 3 options, storage at home, storage at a non-CASSOA site or approved CASSOA site. Was accepted and the following day declined cover, as it was non-CASSOA site. Why give the option for a quote? Waste of time and poor communicatin/explanation. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
