Fare Trade.

This is the only insurance company i have ever dealt with that actually reduced my monthly payment because i did not use them in my first twelve months. To me this shows they care and are on my side if i should ever need them. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Efficient and friendly

We have 3 pets covered with the emporium. When we needed to claim they have been very helpful and paid with no hassle. They are prepared to spend time explaining the necessary steps needed in making a claim and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Saved my cats life

My cat was dieing in stage 5 renal failure.. his bill came to over £3,000 and if it wasn't for emporium that paid out.. he wouldn't be here today. So thankful. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Best value insurance and great customer support

Bought pet insurance for my dog a few years ago - fantastic value when our dog had to undergo two cruciate ligament ops within a year. The insurance renewed monthly enabling us to be fully covered. Not found this anywhere else. Our premium has inevitably gone up but not unreasonably. I have also had good straightforward advice whenever I have called. Wholeheartedly recommend. Excellent customer care

The Insurance Emporium is an excellent company to deal with. They offer real value for money and on the one time I had to make a claim when my dog was suddenly taken very seriously ill they dealt with the claim promptly and sympathetically.
