Great insurance at a great price

Helped get my puppy back up and running.

We had the misfortune to have one of our pups hit by a large vehicle after he ran after a hare and somehow got through a hedgerow and onto a roadway. He suffered both external and internal injuries and was in a terrible state. Having such a good insurance cover allowed us to concentrate on him rather than have the additional stress of how we could possibly pay for the amount of work he required. Without the Insurance Emporium cover we would undoubtedly have had to use the monies set aside for our wedding to pay for his treatment and aftercare. The service given was exceptional and all we had to do was sign paperwork and let the claims team and our vets get on with it. We’re pleased to say our boy has made a stunning recovery and, aside from scarring and an occasional limp, you wouldn’t even know what he had gone through. Pet insurance that moves with the times

The Insurance Emporium offers lifetime pet insurance for older cats whereas some of the big names stop at 10 years of age. As many cats are now living to 18 years or more the market was long overdue for this type of policy & Insurance Emporium have kept up with the changing needs of owners and their pets. Great Company

I've been with The Insurance Emporium for many years now for pet insurance and I can't recommend them highly enough. I have an ongoing claim for one of my cats but it doesn't affect my annual premiums by much. I also have policies for other cats and have just got my renewals through and the prices have actually gone down. I got an e-mail of condolence when one of my cats died which was was a lovely touch. Great company, really competitive

I have had one dog with insurance emporium and now have another insured with them as they are very competitive and I have not been able to beat the quote even on renewal. Customer service is also great, I have called on a few occasions and always had my questions answered very quickly, I have now also recommend to my mum who has two dogs now insisted with insurance emporium and I would recommend to others.
