Reassuring Insurance

Both of my cats ( a bluepoint Siamese mum and her half- Siamese son ) have always been insured however, I have never made any claims. Now “ out of the blue ‘ the son started to lose weight and slowly showed signs of muscle wastage and lethargy . He was subsequently diagnosed after many tests with Diabetes Mellitus and is now on a course of insulin which it is hoped will regulate his glucose levels. Throughout I have found the members of the team at The Insurance Emporium helpful caring and informative and now I’m reassured that the first payment for my cat’s treatment is about to be paid into my account and again, I am reassured that my Insurance will be there as my cat goes through this challenging treatment period. Helped us when our cat was poorly.

It’s a very worrying time when your pet is unwell, you worry that the insurance that you pay in good faith is not going to pay out. Our claim was dealt with so quickly we were very grateful, all paid with a full explanation. Also must add whenever I have spoken to a team member on the phone they have been very helpful. Easy and straightforward

Insurance emporium were easy to sign up with, no hidden extras! You tailor your insurance policy to your needs without being sold things you don’t need- not every animal is the same and they understand this. I get regular updates with relevant information. All the information you need is easy to find, will be renewing with them next year as I have found them much easier to deal with than all other big name providers who I have found to have hidden catches and have been caught out by them before Reviewed on: 30th August 2020

Excellent Pet Insurance

My whippet had a suspected spinal problem and needed to be referred to a specialist vet for a CT scan. Insurance Emporium dealt with the claim direct and settled it promptly. So glad we chose them. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 30th August 2020

Excellent trouble free service

Upon us getting Milo, a dachshund pup, it became apparent after a few months he had problems walking on his front legs. To say we where devastated was an understatement. Our vets could not help so we where reffed to Liverpool small animals hospital where it was found he had elbow displaysea and needed a major operation on his legs. He was so bad we thought we would lose him. But the operation was a complete success and now he is a fit happy and healthy dog. This would not have been the case where it not for our insurance company insurance emporium who never through out Milo’s treatment never let us down. All bills paid quickly and without fuss. This company is by far the friendliest, helpful and efficient that I have had the pleasure to deal with.
