Amazing bank with professional customer service

We have been with Tide since the beginning of our company's journey and we are happy to say that we have had a great service so far. There has been minor issues here and there but the customer service representatives have been very prompt to respond and very helpful in trying to find the solutions to our problems. I like the simplicity of the application and it's easy to use features. But most importantly, I appreciate the fact that Tide is always looking to improve its products and services and make it better for the customers. A great Bank! - easy to use and full of features. I opened a Tide Business account after seeing the ads on the Tube for my new business. The mobile app lets you manage all your business finances from your phone and plans available match your business aspirations. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
