Easy to use and great support

The app is really easy to use, the online platform is also very intuitive and for the few occasions I have had technical questions the team have come back to me and answered very quickly. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Great Team

Business banking made easy

Easy to create invoices and keep track of payments. Customer service is 5* - response is very quick and helpful. Compared to other business banking apps, Tide is cheap for those who only occasionally need to use a business account such as a hobbyist freelancer (20p per transaction) Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Easy to use and does exactly what I need!

We only started trading about a month ago, but Tide has been the one tool that we have used consistently....and without any problems. From initial setup to accepting payments, Tide have made it so stress free and seemless for our small business to get off the ground. Plus we have access whenever and wherever we need. A great banking partner, who we will undoubtedly be with for many years to come!!! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Not the best experience honestly

It's not the best honestly, I didn't have a good experience with them as they announced £50 for referral and they hide it in the T&C that to have to spend£500 to get the bonus, want nice at all, it took me ages to receive my bonus after hundreds of calls, they charge 20p fair almost every transaction or transfer you do, but they are good in customer service to be honest and the app is good. Great app but lacking info

Great app. But miss DD notifications and detail. DD's come out within 3 days of expected dates and no notifications come through of either called for and missed or called for and paid DD's this would be a great help. This is my only issue Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Faultless banking so far
