Very bad shit service

Very bad service we can’t call bank m 3 years old customer my every year around £100000 ternover m soon going change my account other bank please open street account 6 months ago one company took £1300 from my account I haven’t received anything from anything from bank that’s why m going charge my account if I have any problem I can’t call bank I can’t discuss Reviewed on: 18th March 2023

Needs more functionality

Extremely easy to use. The Tide mobile app itself is very organised and can help you keep track of your spendings and income very easily. I am young business owner and Tide opened up a great opportunity to start my own business. The customer service chat function, is such a great help as you can easily chat with someone if your ever in need of any help. The problem gets resolved quickly and effectively without any hassle.
