Forget the high street.

After a pretty awful experience with a high street bank named metro bank. I was on the look out for an online bank that was easy to use and had a good reputation. Tide have been great for the past year I have used them as my main business account any issues I have had it’s been easy to sort out with the customer service team also when it comes to accounting my account seamlessly links with xero in order for my accounts to be up dated and straightforward to use. Business owner, had tide since I set up the company in 2017 and overall they have been very good. I’ve had some ups and downs being defrauded through EBay once and not being able to get my money back through Tide as it didn’t have a compensation scheme. Since then they have joined a compensation scheme which means my money is more protected. Fees are low overall and service is helpful via the app. They are also always improving their systems too which is great! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Greatness for business

I can’t begin to emphasize how fantastic TIDE has been for me over the years of starting up my company. It made life much easier in the sense that I didn’t have to do it all by myself such as setting up my company and all. I was able to do all of it via the app. I highly recommend tide for start-ups or people wanting to switch over to a much more straight forward helpful and secure business bank.
