Exceptional Business Banking

I joined tide fee years ago and never looked elsewhere it was the best decision. Simple and effective for small businesses would hugely recommend tide to anyone. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Easy but expensive

Tide has a great, user friendly app, the categories make accounting much easier. However a very small limit on how much cash can be put in at a time and big charges make this less desirable. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Keep on top

Worst thing about the account is that if you have a payment coming out and you forgot about it they don’t tell you you find out 3 days later off the company you owe then you get a charge so you have to make sure you’re on top of finances which nowadays is hard Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Easy to use business account

I have been using my Tide account since 2017, when I started my limited company. It so easy to organise your spending and your finances. Very reason withdraw charges too Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Great but HMRC paying tax integration disappointing

I love using Tide and find it very easy but was disappointed that the HMRC API integration didn't work when I came to pay my tax bill. I emailed CEO COO and CTO at Tide to alert them and no-one replied. Bit disappointing considering until that point I was a big Tide fan. Sometimes I find the Tide Google Pixel phone App a bit glitchy. Overall though Tide makes it super easy to open a business bank account and I'm very grateful to have it running. Possibly the issues I've had are growing pains. Very easy to use and a great first business bank account, although they aren't officially a bank right?! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Perfect for a small business!

I love tide

"I have been using Tide Bank for the past year, and overall, I am very happy with my experience. The website and mobile app are easy to use and navigate, which makes managing my finances a breeze. Whenever I have had questions or issues, the customer service team has been quick to respond and helpful in resolving the problem. I appreciate that Tide Bank's fees and charges are transparent and reasonable, which is a refreshing change from other banks I've used in the past. The overdraft protection feature has also been a lifesaver on a few occasions. Overall, I would highly recommend Tide Bank to anyone looking for a user-friendly, customer-focused bank." Smart and easy to use
