Effective & efficient, rapid response time, fees

I’ve been banking with Tide for approximately 20 months, since the start of my first business. I have had very few issues which I appreciate. Even with a basic membership you get a fair number of perks, and during our banking time together I’ve been given a handful of free months of premium service which did prove valuable, especially when saving me from transaction fees. Customer service is great. My wait time is a joke compared to other companies; almost instant replies. Are they the best banking company out there? Maybe.
