I opened an account with Tide over 18 months ago as I needed a business bank account within a short timeframe, Tide was the only business bank account that could get one up and running in time out of all the banks I enquired with. For the past 18 months their services have been competitive and professional. For an online bank I have never had any issues and their app is very user friendly. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023

Welcome the "Tide" into your Business

If you are new to business and want a really user friendly service for all your banking needs then TIDE is the answer, i started my business two years ago and Tide even helped me register my Ltd Company through there app. I am 58 and not very computer savvy but now very confident using Tide services and even pay for the pro service, my accountant has no problems also as everything is easily transferable with great security. Basic platform but does what it says on the tin

I am quite indifferent to my experience. The platform does what it does on the tin. Multi currency option not available is the biggest buzz kill as we have international customers. Also the fees are reasonable. The UI has gotten better but you need to make QR web scan code more easily available. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023
