Great day to day but failed to help when I was scammed

I find Tide very easy to use for the day to day running of my business however, when I was setting up my company I was unfortunately scammed and Tide were absolutely no help whatsoever. I was really disappointed with the lack of care, lack of empathy and lack of action to help and support me through a really traumatic situation. The situation is still to this day unresolved and not a single person has bothered to contact me back Regarding it. It’s a huge shame because as said previously, I enjoy using the app but as soon as o can I will be leaving. Thank you x Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

I love how innovative tide are, their user interface is easy to understand and seamless. Customer service is prompt and get back to me in a great time manner. Their different plans means banking is made flexible and the credit builder is a great additional perk not to mention expense cards for the team. It was stress free to set up my business banking (for someone who’s not great with new things and technology) the app is very easy to access and understand and if I’ve ever had any questions, its always been easy to contact the the support team. Not had any issues. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

I've been a customer since 2019 and needed assistance and guidance several times; I received excellent service each time. Tide has taken the necessary steps to make interactions smooth and stress-free.
