The Tide app is by the far the most user-friendly banking app I've experienced and makes looking after my account a pleasure. Furthermore, whenever I have had queries about my account, the responses have been swift and helpful. A business bank that not only listens but talks ? Our experience with "others" or those that like to pretend to be the obvious choice to provide business banking echoes the usual "too busy" to create even your account for weeks, impossible to get hold of anyone with whom you can engage et al was the norm. TIDE breaks that mould - one can ask or offer them ideas of ways to do stuff better and they actually interact - promptly. For me the only way is forward is TIDE. Reviewed on: 31st January 2022

As an inexperienced business start-up they make it so clear about what you need to do do and how to do it. It's incredibly affordable with no monthly fee and using the app couldn't be simpler including sending invoices. Reviewed on: 31st January 2022

New to tide so didnt know what to expect. As it was my first use i was aprehensive as most of these apps are very much the same. However i was plesently surprised to see a simple user friendly layout with was so easy to navigate. The tide banking app is a brease compared to others out there.
