Great value for money, quick support and FSCS protected

We have been with Tide for three years and the customer service has always been great. The recent addition of FSCS protection makes us feel safer, although there were a couple of glitches in the transition. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022

Ease of use, great customer support

Having banked with highstreet banks for years, I was becoming less amused by the way they treated long term customers, I switched to Tide, the customer support was refreshing and the app is so easy to use. easy to set up bank account

easy set up instant account. makes a good start up account. please be aware you cannot pay in chqs and cannot pay in cash. i used this for a set up account. then transfered to a main bank with more facilities. I still have the account as a back up account or to use it for other divisions of the business. Reviewed on: 31st January 2022
