Easy Due Diligence and Great Support!

During one of the UK Lockdowns we started a new company and required a bank account. Where traditional banks simply wouldn't open an account until we could come in to a branch, Tide's sign up process was fast and easy to work through. Our company had a corporate shareholder which complicated the due diligence process, but Tide's support team were really quick to understand the situation and communicated very clearly the information they needed from us. I began trading as a limited company as the world moved out of lockdown, and it was hard to get in-person advice on business banking. Tide made it simple: clear, easy account set up, a fully-featured app which takes care of business, and advice and support available quickly. I was expecting from being a new business owner that setting up a new business account card would be a lengthy and challenging process however the word tied they made it super simple and easy to follow and buy fast to prove the account and I was ready to start using account within a few days I love how it’s easy to log in using your app and it’s safe and secure would highly recommend tied to a new business starters for self-employed Reviewed on: 29th January 2022
