I like the tide app and my banking experience has so far been very good. The notifications are on point and also I like the speed of the customer support I received when I had an issue. Tide provides a vast range of tools, simplifying the world of business for any entrepreneur; experienced or not. Any institution of such will surely have a few bumps and issues along the way yet when these do occur with Tide they keep you in the know through out without leaving you anxious.
