Awful experience

This bank has been terrible during the pandemic. They stopped offering bounce back loans and other government assistance programmes, leaving their small business owner users stuck. The app is clunky and the amount of integrations are subpar compared to other challenger banks. Would not recommend. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Tide - Simple and easy

Tide provided me with banking for a new business. Many banks stopped offering new accounts during COVID and TIDE not only provided and excellent service but aligns digital and simple service on their easy to use app Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

I registered my company through Tide, this went well received the docs a few days later. However then It took a further three weeks for the account to be opened with customer service staff being poor with one bit understanding gmail IS the same as Googlemail so wouldn’t reply to me unless I sent it from the other which was impossible. Did manage to sort it in the end but was unexpected and unnecessary stress, and also delayed the trading of my business. Usage is easy now it’s working though. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Don't bother with this company. Told them don't want their rip off cards but they insist on still charging me as was couple of days into new agreement that I didn't know about. They even charged me for a card I didn't have. Off to the ombudsman again 2nd time for this company. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Great Bank for any business

I am a new business and needed a business account which was quick, easy and secure. Also a added bonus you can have 4 accounts to manage your money and process invoices for customers. opening account is fritemare for business

If their standard system doesn't recognize your ID you're ******d. No telephone help, or ability to offer an alternative. IF you manage to satisfy their fussy website you might run up against some companies refusing to accept Tide direct debits e.g. o2 mobile Reviewed on: 14th March 2021

Tide bank, whilst new has been fast on bringing in new areas for business. Transfers are fast. The layout is clear and easy to navigate. When a problem arises they are on the ball quickly and smooth out issues. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
