Great online/mobile banking with quick set up to create an account. Opened up my account within 10mins. Extensive features with receipt upload and categorised labels for transactions. Simple to contact customer service quick turnaround for resolutions. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Great customer services team

Customer service is 2nd to none... I had an issue with my account which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had initially expressed my concerns 9pm at night and by 6am the next morning it was already being dealt with.... by 8am problem solved. After the issue was solved I still had customer services check that everything was ok. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Only half a bank.

No IBAN number, but it took them months to admit they would not be providing the service. No bounce back loans, but it took them months to admit it. £6/monthly charge PER MasterCard. No cheque photo facilities. Did I say half a bank? Your banking needs would have to be minimal indeed for Tide to meet them. Tenth of a bank might be nearer. Reviewed on: 7th March 2021

Reliable good value and easy to use

Right from the account creation to my daily activities the service provided has been simple and effective to use. Sure "high street" accounts offer more bells and whistles (at a cost), and there are some features I'd like added, but as the old advert says "It does what it says on the tin" !
