Super smooth

Great digital customer experience - Tide handled my company incorporation and I was up and running within 2 days. Everything can be done within the app so no fiddling about with card readers etc. The feature set is not as full as more established banks (e.g. no end date for standing orders, no cheque deposits) but it’s getting pretty close and perfect for startup businesses as well as more established ones that don’t do anything too advanced banking-wise. Custom service is shocking

They have made me wait 6 weeks so far to transfer my funds my customer have struggled with making payments to me. Stay away from this bank The only reply you get is Hi Scott, Thank you for reaching out! My name is Monika and I will be assisting you today. I can assure you the relevant team is working on this.
