Custom service is shocking

They have made me wait 6 weeks so far to transfer my funds my customer have struggled with making payments to me. Stay away from this bank The only reply you get is Hi Scott, Thank you for reaching out! My name is Monika and I will be assisting you today. I can assure you the relevant team is working on this. It is a great app, with ease to do banking but also it is really great how you can set up a company for free. I am hoping to make money for my company without spending and only spend money once it has come in. Tide makes this possible whereas most other business banks don't.
