Easy, Helpful Great

It is a great app, with ease to do banking but also it is really great how you can set up a company for free. I am hoping to make money for my company without spending and only spend money once it has come in. Tide makes this possible whereas most other business banks don't. Failed bounce back loans

Tide was ok and on a decent path. Then messed customers around with bounce back loans. Makes difficult to recommend. Will probably switch to Starling who at least don’t charge fees Reviewed on: 27th January 2021

Just the worst - stay away

Actually, I don't want to spend more time than needed with the company anymore but I want to warn everybody who thinks about using Tide. So I just make it short: Tide provided me with the worst customer service so far (even worse than some special hong kong based bank). This company showed me how it shouldn't be done. The employees are some sort of special: rude, arrogant and not helpful at all. So I would recommend everybody to look somewhere else for a trusted banking partner. Reviewed on: 26th January 2021
