Appalling customer service, not a serious bank

High response time from customer support. (longer than 48 hours). Inbound money transfer never arrived to my account, all responses from the support team was merely copy-paste answers without having empathy for their clients. It has been almost a week and still Tide team can't provide timelines or concrete answers AVOID Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Easy Fast Hassel free set up for My Social Enterprise

I set up a social enterprise and needed a bank account. Setting up a social enterprise has not been easy but using Tide has taken one stress away at least. It was easy to set up fast with no long waiting times unlike high street banks and just what I was needed. The team have been great and very helpful and efficient when I have asked questions or had queries very quick with responses. I would definitely highly recommend all social enterprises and small business to set up a Tide account. The Tide App is great and I can keep track of everything very easy and simple. Promising startup quickly building a solid platform

I have been with Tide for several months now and enjoy the ease of use it offers. The app is clean and well built and the pricing structure is simple and reasonable. There are a few features that it lacks such as Apple Pay support but I am aware that this is on the roadmap so I feel Tide will only get stronger as time goes on. Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Easy and professional bank

When I started my business, I was very nervous of getting a business bank account because I heard stories of business owners that is this so complicated. With Tide everything was quick and efficient. No long processes, no annoying meetings at the bank. I'm using Tide since 3 years and I'm more than happy. I never had any problems and only needed their customer service once which was also quick and efficient. Best services ever saving me so much time! Reviewed on: 20th January 2020
