Convenience par excellence

Ease ofset up. Quick setup with no messing about. Pointless interviews like the old banks trying to get more from me than I have time for. Brilliant in banking experience in every way and low transaction costs. Have never felt I need to talk to anyone over the phone as tha chat lines are quite eesponsive. Value for money

I had a business account for £7 monthly with a Santander and used it simply for accountant purposes., it was a waste of resources. I then came across Tide which is so well designed for small businesses like mine. I have been pleased ever since I started using the service, The costs make sense and the app is brilliant. The customer service they provide is great and enough for what I need, I have recommended it to a number of folks I have come across in small businesses. Everything I needed as a new business

I needed to set up a company in order to provide services to clients. For this I needed a business bank without the hassle of paper and with low fees to help my fledgling business succeed. Tide fits the bill perfectly. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Very quick and efficient system

Efficient, modern banking for business

Tide has made business banking effortless and easily accessible to anyone. With just a few button presses you're able to open a business bank account, no accountant needed. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Some continence.

Some elements are convenient, the online support is not. Lack of international payments and occasional systems down are also not and being unable to make HMRC refunds from cheques is painful too. The fact that some banks (HSBC) don’t recognise first time payments from their accounts to Tide and therefore block their accounts is very detrimental to my business cash flow.
