Better then high street Banks, easy access via the app... Invoicing, Transfers, Payments etc all at a touch of Button... 24/7 helpline.... Nowt to complain about anything.... Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Simple, effective, rapid, great value for money

Setting up an account was straightforward- I managed to do it while in the park looking after my 4 year old. The card arrived rapidly after that and it was so simple to start using the account. Puts the established business banking providers to shame!!

A service that reflects how we live and work in the 21st century . The established providers like HSBC , Barclays ....., need to to take notes and drag their offerings from the 19th century !! Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Best bank ever and so easy to set up

After 5 wasted visits to my high street bank regarding my business account to hear - we can't do that you need an appointment, you cant do that in branch we need a letter of authority. You need to speak to your account manager............ I decided to vote with my feet and researched the new online banks. I have not looked back and would recommend to any busy owner who cannot waste any more time with the arrogance and lack of customer service with their bank to give it a try.
