Ease ofset up. Quick setup with no messing about. Pointless interviews like the old banks trying to get more from me than I have time for. Brilliant in banking experience in every way and low transaction costs. Have never felt I need to talk to anyone over the phone as tha chat lines are quite eesponsive. Value for money

I had a business account for £7 monthly with a Santander and used it simply for accountant purposes., it was a waste of resources. I then came across Tide which is so well designed for small businesses like mine. I have been pleased ever since I started using the service, The costs make sense and the app is brilliant. The customer service they provide is great and enough for what I need, I have recommended it to a number of folks I have come across in small businesses.
