Some continence.

Some elements are convenient, the online support is not. Lack of international payments and occasional systems down are also not and being unable to make HMRC refunds from cheques is painful too. The fact that some banks (HSBC) don’t recognise first time payments from their accounts to Tide and therefore block their accounts is very detrimental to my business cash flow. But apart from these problems, my account for the most part works well. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Flawless partnership

I'm one of the first client of Tide some years ago. I have accounts with 0ther banks and I can confirm that Tide is the best one, with services that are upgrading constantly and with a flawless services. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Easy to set up, easy to use!

Opened my new business bank account in around 5 minutes. Really easy and how business banking should be. I find it simple to use the app and if I want to use my desktop computer to access, I can. Really impressed by their charging structure too - much better than the High Street banks. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Online business banking at its best...

As a start up I knew that the on-street banks wouldn’t be interested in me unless I was able to fulfill their expectations and criteria and also be able to spend time with them form-filling . Tide was recommended to me as a possibility ... it was super simple to set up (at home) offered me a super easy, user -friendly (v v important to me) app and I just love it! I create and email client invoices , I can allocate my purchases correctly and see my account balance instantly . 10/10 Tide ; thank you for Keeping it Super Simple (I just love a Kiss!!) I'm recommending Tide to my friends

I downloaded the Tide app after seeing ads on the London Underground and it has made keeping track of my business finances so much easier. I love the ease of using it, and the customer support (on the few occasions I've needed it) has been superb - rapid and friendly responses from real people who go out of their way to be helpful. Utterly useless

The tide account is worse than useless, invoices can't be adjusted, customers can't be edited, card doesn't have Ltd company name. Very buggy and slow to use, not intuitive at all and much better to use a normal account and an on line bookeeping system. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
