I’ve have started a small business and needed a bank account. Applied online and within no time at all I had an account set up with tide. I had applied to one of the traditional high street banks in September last year and still waiting for an account. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

So easy to set up and great support

When I set up my Tide account, I was also setting up an account for another business with one of the high street banks... the experiences couldn’t have been more different. My Tide account was up and running minutes, provides all the functionally I need and the support has been fantastic. The high Street bank process was a nightmare, took months, yes months to finalise and trying to get support was incredibly frustrating. I recommend Tide to all my clients. Rubbish company does not keep its promises

They offered £100 for each new account we opened but if opened 2 it was £200 each and 3 was £300 each etc. After loads of complaints we received £100 each account only on 4 new accounts Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
