No1 Bank

Why would anybody open/ or stay with a high street bank acc when TIDE is available. Bank that moves with the times. Makes business accounting much easier, easy to use app, instant reply to any question 24/7 and most of all SMALL banking charges. Keep up the good work TIDE :) Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Hassle (low) fee business banking

After complete dissatisfaction with a high street business bank account, with their complete lack of interest and being treated like a second class citizen, having to pay a hefty monthly fee for the privilege. Tide banking appeared on my radar and the rest, as they say, is history. Simple to use online facility, low transaction based fee, with a multitude of add on services if you so choose. Not enough under the hood

I’m disappointed by the product’s functionality in comparison to other fintech options. Felt incomplete - and way too much was spent on growth before mastering or completing the product. E.g. No faster payments, no instant notifications for transactions, poor customer service, glitchy tech, only prepaid cards (mostly declined by larger online subscriptions like Google).
