Just what I need for my small business. Easy to use app which looks good and works well. My only complaint is that you can't sort/search by who paid you on the app like most banking ones enable. You have to download to csv. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Tide makes banking easy!! From the very first contact prior to opening my account, to using my account today, working with Tide has been effortless. The app and online banking are fantastic pieces of software, contacting the support team is easy and it’s so refreshing to have many different ways to contact them. Again all contact is effortless, unlike trying to contact other banks (I have accounts elsewhere and trying to get help is lengthily, frustrating and it feels like going back in time compared to the ease at which things operate with Tide). Super-convenient business banking for SMEs

When my personal bank told me that I would have to submit a whole raft of paperwork befire they would consider me for a basic business bank account I turned to Tide: Completed my application in minutes and was up and running within 24 hours. Now, 2.5 years later, I would never go back - I get all the facilities I need all in one place and accessible via a mobile app: take receipts (including from abroad), make payments, integrate with my online accounts systems, and more besides. Frankly, if Tide offered personal banking, I would probably switch that to them too (after nearly 45 years with my personal bank). Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
