I’ve been using Tide for about a year now for my business, and so pleased that I made this choice. Tide is very easy to use on my computer or via the app, making business transactions effortless. Just what I need for my small business. Easy to use app which looks good and works well. My only complaint is that you can't sort/search by who paid you on the app like most banking ones enable. You have to download to csv. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Superb challenger bank, highly recommend

Tide makes banking easy!! From the very first contact prior to opening my account, to using my account today, working with Tide has been effortless. The app and online banking are fantastic pieces of software, contacting the support team is easy and it’s so refreshing to have many different ways to contact them. Again all contact is effortless, unlike trying to contact other banks (I have accounts elsewhere and trying to get help is lengthily, frustrating and it feels like going back in time compared to the ease at which things operate with Tide).
