Review of the Total Landlord, Landlord Insurance:

Excellent cover, value, documentation and service.

I have used Total Landlord Insurance since 2011/2012 when I first became a landlord in my late sixties and have found them consistently helpful, informative and quick to respond to questions/queries with good clear documentation so you know where you stand. They offer good cover and value for money on occasions when I have compared them with other providers. So far I have never had to make a claim, but I would anticipate that if I did they would offer the same clear, speedy and fair response in the event. My phone calls with them have always been friendly and polite, and emails likewise. Their documentation is first class and emails from them offer helpful information about other topics relevant to maintaining property in good condition etc. There would have to be a big change in their service to make me look anywhere else now. I would use them for my own home insurance except that valuables have to be itemised separatley whereas my current home insurance covers them regardless of valuations.
