I love dealing with Total Landlord Insurance. Their policies are reasonably priced and cover all eventualities but most importantly, when you phone them you get super-helpful, coherent and useful support. VERY BED CUSTOMER SERVICE

EVEN AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINT NO ONE SENT POLICY DOCUMENTS. WHEN YOU WANT CUSTOMER TAKE MONEY VERY GLADLY BUT IN TRUE LEGITMENT CLAIM REFUSE TO PAY AND SEWND POLICY WORDING FOR NOT TO PAY RESION . WANTS RENUAL FROM US BUT NOT SENT RENUAL DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL OR POST. YOUR POLICY SAYS WE SEND RENUAL DOCUMENTS 26DAYS BEFOR ,I HAVANT SEEN YET. FROM YOUR END JUNK EMAIL GOES THROUGH CUSTOMER EMAIL BUT LEGAL DOCUMENTS DO NOT REACH TO CUSTOMER LIKE MYSELF. Reviewed on: 19th September 2023
