Hamilton frazer are quick to take your cash but their level of customer support is dreadful. I wontinsure with them again. . There more interested in mailing their customer database to support their quest for awards. There a disgrace of a business. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2021

Best landlord insurance provider I have had in the last 35 years

I’ve found them to be very helpful friendly even when a claim happens and over the last 10yrs I’ve been with them they have also given good advice and for the cover I have they are competitive on price. Reviewed on: 30th July 2021

Sound practise and humane approach by at least one CC adviser

I recently posed some questions prior to confirming the renewal of my insurance. As well as clearly answering my questions and listening to my situation that adviser voluntarily checked whether they could offer me a reduction on the premium on this occasion. They could and he applied it immediately. A fair approach and delivered by a Geordie (has to be the best UK accent!) with good humour so the best kind of customer care calling centre! I just wish all CCC's were situated there, rather than all too often in South Africa or India which I find deeply alienating. Reviewed on: 30th July 2021
