As we have not had occasion to claim, we cannot give a full review in our opinion

Owing to laptop accidents and problems that has not been our fault we have missed some webinars, but we thought that the first one we listened to was childish to say the least, unresearched and did not set the standard for us to partake of them in the future. This next one is topical, and seems to promise that there will be more experts discussing current problems in the field. Paul Shamplina came across as very immature and unprepared for the webinar. I used to be a teacher, and Chair of the Snowdonia National Park Standards Committee before retirement, and feel that all information issued to persons participating in any work presentation should be of the highest standard. When I needed advice from an actual PERSON, the young lady (Becky I think) was able to guide me through the details I needed. Very helpful and supportive. Also, they were very competitive cost wise. I hope that should I need to use the insurance at any point, it will be as straight forward. I recommend based on my experience so far. Reviewed on: 30th August 2020
