Good app, rate could be better

Simple and easy to use, clean app, though the rate is no longer competitive. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

ISA transfer

I received essential and expert support from the Trading 212 customer service team after the transfer from my bank took too long. On inquiring why the transaction had still not been processed they told me that they had not received the original transfer request form. -This was incorrect and the Trading 212 customer service team provided me with the necessary information to enable my bank to “find” the original communication.
