For an online investor 'novice', I found the Trading 212 app very clear and easy to use. The rates are very competitive and most importantly, the flexible conditions making the overall product excellent and gives confidence to user. The customer service also responds very quickly, in a friendly and professional manner. The data and information provided is also easy and excellent to use giving a very clear picture. Reply from Trading 212 We're happy to hear about your experience. On a side note, we understand your disappointment with the interest rate changes, but they depend on the rates we receive from banks and QMMFs holding your cash. These, in turn, follow central bank rates like the Bank of England's. If those change, your cash interest will likely change, too. Response date: 16th April 2025
