Our Cash ISA interest rate tracks the Bank of England’s base rate to ensure we stay aligned with the market and offer a fair return on your savings. The rate is set at the Bank of England’s (BoE) base rate minus 0.15% (variable tracker rate). Any changes to the base rate are reflected in your rate accordingly. Since the recent changes, the BoE base rate is now 3.75%, which is why our Cash ISA interest rate is 3.60% AER. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue to look for ways to improve our services. Very good app and good rates

Very good app, have not used the customer service so cannot fully rate. Cash ISA rates were very good, later dropped a bit but still good. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
