The Trading 212 App is easy to use and the information is clearly laid out. It was easy to transfer an existing cash ISA into Trading 212. I rated customer services as neutral as I never had the need to contact customer services. I moved to the Trading 212 cash ISA upon recommendation on Money Savings Expert website. The initial interest rate with the introduction rate was very competitive, although the introduction interest rate has now fallen off. As a rule, I regularly check ISA interest rates across a number of ISA providers and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025
