Great for pre existing medical conditions

It was easy to buy online and enter pre existing conditions. Also easy to contact on the phone to update medical information too. Nice email on return asking if we needed to claim and telling us how to. Fantastic experience. We didn’t need to claim so can’t comment on claim procedure. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Caring and friendly

After taking out an insurance through a Cruise company, 2 weeks before departure my Husband failed his HGV Medical on informing the company they withdrew his policy. They did not care that we had been looking forward so much for this special break. All I was told was that we could claim and not go on our cruise. I phoned 4 Medical and gave the full details. I was told there was not a problem and that we both could be covered for our trip.
