It is so important to have access to an understanding advisor

As a small charity it is so important to have access to an understanding advisor - when you call you get through to someone who is interested in our service, our issues, how important it is to be helped (as we are volunteers) - who can immediately sort the situation. Extraordinary gamechanger of a bank!

To be able to put savings confidently into an institution that is so thoughtful and ethical about where to invest feels like an extraordinary wonder.
