Very Pleased

Excellent customer service

Whenever I've had to call up for a query, the customer service personnel are always extremely helpful and very polite. They make sure my query is sorted and take the time to explain what is needed, as well as asking if there are an extra things they should know to make it easier. Triodos puts principles ahead of profits

what I particularly like about Triodos is that it puts the emphasis on sustainability. Sustainability in terms of making loans to small business ventures, cooperatives that actually pave the way for a non exploitative future.
