Friendly efficient and forward thinking

So much better than the alternatives

Having used RBS for many years, it was such a relief to have a bank that allowed us to operate online, so that we can make electronic payments and move into the modern era. Also allowed us to open linked accounts that mean we can move any spare funds into a higher interest account until we need it. Again all done online. Logging in is a bit fiddly with the digipass, but seems secure. I have already recommended Triodos to others and hope to open an account for another charity that I volunteer with. The importance of ethical banking

Not only has Triodos always been transparent with customers about where our money is invested, those investments match my own ethics. Having been a customer since the very early days I appreciate more and more their ethos, their excellent customer service, their openness and honesty at a time when my trust in our economic system has dwindled. They have a much needed forward looking, long term approach to helping tackle some of societies greatest challenges through their continued investment and support in great and innovative projects.
