Triodos is such a brilliant bank.

Triodos is such a brilliant bank. They are always incredibly helpful with customer service, more so than any other bank I have used. I love that they prioritise ethical investment, and keep us as customers well informed about where our money is going. I couldn't recommend Triodos more. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Triodos has been great since I started banking with them. It was nice to speak to someone when I needed help paying a cheque in as well as the information on the website. I love that it’s ethical banking! The App is really easy to use - I wish it was better known by financial services is all. I wasn’t able to get an interest free loan agreement from Novuna customer finance as their system didn’t recognise Triodos! Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

I am a fairly new customer to Triodos Bank UK but my experience so far with transfering banks to them and the logging in and use of the app and debit card have all been good. Triodos has an easy interface, they are quick to reply and provide an excellent service. They are also a sustainable bank and have made transferring from another bank very easy.
