I am proud to bank with Triodos

I have been with Triodos for around a decade now. They are a fantastic bank that I am proud to be a customer of. All of my interactions with them have been good — problems resolved quickly, people I speak to are nice and knowledgeable, communications are always clear. The bank does everything I need, and it feels good to be managing my money with a bank that invests ethically. The bank considers itself a part of society and the world, and behaves in a way that might improve the conditions of it. I would recommend it to anyone. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Ethical but also brilliant

Besides their ethical practices, which are super important to me, the stand out has been their customer service. When you call there is virtually no wait time, no being bounced between departments, no automated system, or call centre abroad. Just real, helpful human beings. You can also send secure messages the app - which is also really good as I never need to login on a computer. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

The ethical option

Banking is political, and I am deeply glad that Triodos offers the most ethical, responsible and sustainable route to responsible banking in this tragically fractured and problematic world. I have been with them for quite some years now and have nothing but praise - customer service is EXCELLENT, communication timely and clear, online & digital tools all work well- and most important, I know I’m opted into the most ethical option open to me. My money used for good

It is important to me that money is used for good and not to prop up any organisation putting profit before the inhabitants of this precious planet. I have this trust in TRIODOS.
