The app is clear and easy to use, and they seem to keep updating it and improving it. I have had little need to contact customer support, but the one time I did it was prompt and helpful. Its about what you believe with Triodos

Looking for companies with a real ethical feel and challenging the current market to do better is what I wanted in a bank account. I believe that money is power and by demonstrating how your money can support and create opportunities for people and the planet is a true sign of power.
