Friendly and helpful service

It was very easy to set up the account and the customer service has been excellent- real people at the end of a phone call or email, not automated bots. When I was called by a fraudster, Triodos took action immediately. I've been so impressed that my husband and I moved our joint account to Triodos Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Triodos are the only bank that genuinely cares.

I have been with Triodos for years and welcomed their stance on providing total transparency for all aspects of banking and managing my account. Previously I have used virtually every othe bank on the High Street, only to give up. Triodos customer service is really good and always very personable - I completely trust them and their processes. Triodos - the bank with a conscience

I switched to Triodos as one of the only seriously ethical alternatives to the corrupt, war profiteering, sex trafficking, poverty inducing, money laundering 'high street' banks. I was previously with Barclays - one of the worst banks for the afore mentioned reasons - and struggled to ever get hold of customer service. Having informed myself on the horrific state of the financial industry, I was desperate to find an ethical alternative. Thankfully, I am now with Triodos and could not be more pleased. Customer service is great, the app is very useable, and I have recommended it to most people. 100% worth the £3 a month rather than a free account with those corrupt and contemptible banks. Running a current account
